History
Association for leadership and action SILA Institute was founded in the city of Bitola in North Macedonia

- Development of 5 Guidebooks for capacity building in the elementary and high education sector in North Macedonia 05.2023 – 01.2024. Domestic customer, Accredited Academy for Lifelong Learning CES Academy Skopje North Macedonia.
- Prevention of youth risky viral virtual trends 2022 – 2025 Erasmus +
- Tourism for Future 2023-2025 IPA – CBC Montenegro – Kosovo 2014 – 2020. Realization of two (5 days) training sessions in Kolashin with focus on Sustainable management system and Eco labeling certification.
- Bioinforming the youth 01.2023 – 06.2023 Training for capacity building of 25 students in skopje. Supported by Western Balkans Fund.
- WEFE Alliance Alliance for Water – Energy – Food – Ecosystem Sustainability. 02.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 Project funded by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning of the Republic of North Macedonia.
SILA institute is, focused on strengthening, youth and society skills for leadership and action in accordance with latest EU directives, regulations and decisions, providing on time alignment of society in North Macedonia for integration in the EU.
The organization will direct its activities towards the promotion of leadership and action among the representatives of the target groups as well as the dissemination of trends in relation to the most important points foreseen in the plans for a sustainable way of living adopted by the Council of the European Union. Actions for the implementation of the circular economy and the goals of the European Green Deal for sustainable and smart living will certainly be included.
Achievements
- Implementation of work activities with the target groups in order to develop professionals equipped with expertise to increase performance and improve communication skills in order to create a positive work environment and build a successful career
- Functioning of the organization as a "one stop shop" in terms of building successful professional skills that are needed in the labor market
- By using a unique model and a multidisciplinary approach, the organization will strive to change the way of behavior in the work environment among individuals, a goal that would be achieved with a combination of acquiring modern skills from business and psychology
- SILA representatives will perform their work tasks with the highest level of honesty, integrity and full respect for ethical rights and codes.
- The work activities of SILA will be carried out with full and firm sense towards the community, and with great commitment towards local and national organizations and institutions.
