Association for leadership and action SILA Institute was founded in the city of Bitola in North Macedonia.

SILA is formed by an executive board consisting of 5 members experts in different fields (legal sciences, social sciences, electro-technical sciences, biotechnical sciences, innovative engineering and implementation of digital skills) and of different ages. Total number of members is around 30 people from which more than 85 % are university professors from several universities in North Macedonia and neighboring countries with different scientific background and big experience in implementation of EU supported projects.
